About Ahmad
Ahmad is the General Manager and Master Barber at Mish Gents Salon, with over 26 years of experience across grooming, aesthetics, healthcare operations, and customer experience — including 17 years of experience in Dubai. Originally from Syria, Ahmad owned and operated his own salon before relocating to Dubai to further expand his career within the grooming and aesthetics industry. He began his journey in Dubai as a barber, building a strong reputation through his technical expertise, attention to detail, and personalised approach to client care. Over the years, Ahmad progressed into senior operational and leadership roles, managing multiple branches and overseeing business operations, customer experience, team performance, and service standards within premium grooming and aesthetic environments. His career later expanded into the hair restoration and aesthetics field, where he gained extensive experience in hair loss management, hair transplant consultations, scalp and hair health, and pre- and post-operative care. He worked closely with patients throughout their treatment journey while also leading teams and operations within high-end aesthetic and clinical settings. Ahmad later went on to manage the full operations of a luxury aesthetics and healthcare facility in Dubai, overseeing the clinic, barbering, and salon divisions together under one operation. Following this, he continued his leadership journey in clinic management roles within the dental and aesthetics sector before deciding to focus on building his own business and vision through Mish. Today, Ahmad combines his barbering foundation, operational leadership experience, and deep understanding of aesthetics and client care to create a modern grooming experience centred around quality, hospitality, professionalism, and trust.

Amazing ahmed highly recommended
My first time visiting Mish and I have to say the place was super clean and really nice. It's easy to find and there is ample parking right outside the shop. I was greeted by the owner Ahmad who not only is a genuinely lovely guy but really took the time to understand what I requested as it was my 1st visit which is rare at most places I have ever been to! I told him what I was looking to get done, he listened and then explained it back to me so we both knew what was expected. He offered me a drink and gave me a brilliant hair cut and beard trim and then washed my hair for me. This was a great experience and one I will be back for! Thanks a lot
